The LAMINAM Travertino Noce ceramic worktop, from the Hado collection, brings Italian travertine in a warm, darker shade.

Look and design

The same vein-cut travertine pattern in walnut and taupe tones: a brown-beige background with darker and lighter parallel bands and small elongated pores. The bush-hammered finish has a fine, matt relief.

It suits cream, beige or black fronts and light wood in kitchens with a warm atmosphere.

Why a ceramic worktop

• Heat-resistant: the surface does not warp or discolour at high temperatures; for pans straight off the hob we still recommend a trivet.
• Does not absorb water: it does not stain from wine, coffee or oil and needs no impregnation.
• Hard and scratch-resistant: it handles intensive use; still, use a chopping board – the surface blunts knife edges.
• Light-fast colours: the shades do not change over time, even in sunlight, so it can also be used in outdoor kitchens.
• Hygienic: safe for food contact and easy to clean.

Good to know

For a thicker-looking worktop and to carry the pattern over the edge, we recommend mitred (45°) edges. The textured finish has a fine relief; a soft brush helps when cleaning.

Care

Clean with warm water and a neutral detergent, using a soft cloth or a non-abrasive sponge. Stubborn stains can be removed with cleaners for ceramic surfaces. Avoid products containing hydrofluoric acid.
