Personal Data Protection
In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, S.C. Prowest Stone S.R.L. has the obligation to safely administer, and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us about yourself, a member of your family, or another person. The purpose of data collection is their use for invoicing ordered products.
You are obliged to provide the data, as these are necessary for creating the invoice for the ordered products. Your refusal will result in the cancellation of the order.
The recorded information is intended for use by the operator and is communicated only to you, through the invoice for the ordered products.
According to Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, the right to intervene on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to appeal to justice. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of data. To exercise these rights, you can send a written, dated, and signed request to the Complaints Department, at the e-mail address office@prowest.ro.
If any of your data is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.

The images presented on the site are for illustrative purposes, products may differ from these in terms of color, appearance, etc., but in such situations, the client will be notified before the order is delivered and it will only be delivered with their acceptance. The characteristics and availability of the products on this site may change without prior notice. In the event that other details or product prices have been displayed incorrectly, including due to being entered incorrectly in the database, www.prowest.ro reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to inform the client as soon as possible about the error.
The maximum value of the obligations of S.C. Prowest Stone S.R.L. towards any client, in case of non-delivery or improper delivery, is the value of the amounts collected by S.C. Prowest Stone S.R.L. from the respective client.
2. Fraud
ANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THE PERSONAL DATA OF ANOTHER USER OR TO MODIFY THE CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE www.prowest.ro, OR TO AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVER ON WHICH THE WEBSITE www.prowest.ro RUNS WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD THE WEBSITE AND WILL INITIATE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AGAINST THE PERSON(S) WHO ATTEMPTED THIS ACT.
3. Disputes
Any dispute arising between Clients and the Company will be resolved amicably.
If you have problems related to an order that do not seem resolvable by e-mail or with the person you are discussing with, you can contact the company administrator for a free internal conciliation at 021 / 420 8992, office@prowest.ro. If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Romania.

4. Personal Data
The information of users of the website www.prowest.ro may only be used for commercial communications with S.C. Prowest Stone S.R.L. or its partners.
Any specific data regarding the situation and status of the products can be obtained by contacting us online or by email / phone, at the addresses included on this site.
5. Product Availability and Price
Offers and products presented on the website www.prowest.ro are available while stocks last.

S.C. Prowest Stone S.R.L. may request clients 50% of the product value as an Advance Payment.
6. Warranties
All products sold by the website www.prowest.ro benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with current legislation and manufacturers' commercial policies. Products are new, in their original packaging. For products sold and delivered by www.prowest.ro, warranty certificates are issued directly by the manufacturer. The absence of the product's warranty certificate - if applicable - must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the goods to the email address: office@prowest.ro. Any subsequent notification will not be taken into consideration.
7. Product Returns
The Client may request the return of products in the following situations:
Product not conforming to site specifications. If the ordered product proves not to conform to the specifications in our offer. The Client may request its return for replacement or a full refund of the value. If replacement with a product of higher value is agreed upon, the Client will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by the Client.
Products delivered incorrectly. The delivery of products other than those requested must be reported immediately, and the Client will refuse receipt. The Client may request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, they may opt for replacement or a full refund of the value. If replacement with a product of higher value is agreed upon, they will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by the Client.
Withdrawal from purchase
Following the completion of an order by a potential client, a proforma invoice will be sent to their email address, including contact details, order value, and shipping, including VAT, with the sole purpose of confirming the order.
The Client has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they withdraw from the purchase, without penalties and without stating a reason, within 10 working days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of service provision, from the conclusion of the contract.
The Client may request the product to be changed within 24 working hours from the date of receiving the package, without penalties and without stating a reason. In case of requesting a different product, the price difference will be paid if the product is more expensive. If the client opts for a cheaper product, the price difference will not be refunded.S.C. Prowest Stone S.R.L. will send the requested replacement product only after the client has returned the initially purchased product. The refund of the product's value or, as the case may be, its replacement, will be made within a maximum of 90 days from the return.
The return request must include the identification data of the product and the person who purchased it. In addition to the request, the file must contain the original invoice, as well as a copy of the ID card of the person for whom the invoice was issued.
The refund of money or, as the case may be, the replacement of products without penalties and without stating a reason, can be carried out under the following conditions:
If the products have a seal, it must not be broken - the product must be returned sealed
The condition of the purchased products must be the same as when they were purchased / received, including the original packaging must be kept intact
If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, S.C. Prowest Stone S.R.L. has the right to request a fee for restoring it to its original state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand or, at the client's option, to reship the product, at their expense.
These provisions apply according to O.G. 130/2000, in the case of purchasing products from this site using distance communication techniques.
In the case of returning/replacing products due to withdrawal from purchase, the return/replacement costs are borne by the client. Repeated withdrawal from purchase may be considered an abuse.
If a warranty certificate is issued for the product and non-conformity is found during the warranty period, a remedial measure will be ordered in compliance with O.G. 21/1992, Law 449/2003, and other applicable legal provisions.
NOTE: In any product return situation, they must be in the same condition, in their original packaging and box, with intact labels and together with all accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificates, etc.).
By placing an online order, the Client declares that they have read and fully agree with the above.
Final Provisions
S.C. Prowest Stone S.R.L. reserves the right to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any changes to the website www.prowest.ro, its structure, or any other changes that could affect the site, without the need for any prior notification to users in this regard. If any of the above clauses is found to be null or invalid, regardless of the cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses.
