Kitchen worktops Laminam

Laminam is an Italian manufacturer of large-format ceramic slabs, sintered from natural raw materials (clay, feldspar, mineral pigments) at over 1,200 °C, without resins or organic binders. Laminam worktops withstand heat, scratches, stains and UV rays and do not need sealing. They are used for kitchen and bathroom worktops, islands, furniture fronts and cladding.

This category contains 59 models by Laminam, in finishes such as naturale, strutturato, fiammato, bocciardato or lucidato; for models with several finishes, each has its own price. The catalogue lists slabs of 1.2 cm and 2 cm. On the thinner slabs, the edge can be visually thickened to 2.4 or 4 cm, or a vertical “skirt” can be made.

Prices per linear metre start from 286 €/ml + VAT (1.849 lei/lm incl. VAT), with a median price of 334,80 €/ml + VAT (2.164 lei/lm incl. VAT; October 2026). Details are on the About Laminam page and in the price guide.

Prices in lei include 21% VAT, at the NBR exchange rate of 30.10.2026 (€1 = 5,3426 lei).

Frequently asked questions

Is Laminam ceramic or quartz?

It is sintered ceramic: the slabs are made from natural raw materials fired at high temperature and, unlike composite quartz, contain no resins.

Can I put hot pans on a Laminam worktop?

Laminam contains no resins, so it withstands heat much better than composite quartz.

How much does a Laminam worktop cost?

In this category, prices range from 286 €/ml (1.849 lei/lm incl. VAT) to 389,50 €/ml, excluding VAT (2.518 lei/lm incl. VAT), with a median price of 334,80 €/ml (2.164 lei/lm incl. VAT). Worked examples are in the price guide.

How do I care for a Laminam worktop?

Daily, with a damp cloth and a neutral liquid detergent, then rinse and dry. Avoid products containing abrasive powders, which can scratch polished finishes.
