Ceramic slabs (sintered or porcelain ceramic) are large-format sheets of natural minerals pressed and fired at over 1,200 °C, without resins. They withstand heat, scratches and UV rays and do not absorb liquids, so they are used for worktops, wall cladding and flooring, indoors and outdoors.
